The Career Bridge Assessment Centre is designed to give employers an external and objective opinion regarding the following:

  • Likely employee behaviour in the job

  • Behaviour based Job fit

  • Behaviour based Team fit (requires team assessment)

  • Cultural fit (requires a range of employee tests)

  • Employee behavioural fit with their manager

  • Determine the behaviours required in the job and the best candidate to fit those behaviours.

  • Determine a comprehensive analysis of the candidates reasoning skills as they apply to critical thinking, problem-solving, creating and applying. In the areas of

Research indicates that there is no substitute for objectively observing and systematically measuring how people might actually perform 'in the role' Career Bridge International offers employers a comprehensive range of assessments to determine a candidate/employees suitability for a particular role or the source of a  current employees behavioural as it relates to performance and their development needs.

 We do not judge, good or bad, right or wrong, we assess how the individual behaves naturally and how they might behave given certain criteria.
