Extended DISC® Personal Analysis is very easy to use.  The questionnaire takes only 10 minutes to complete. It is available online (paper and software options also exist) in 50 languages to meet the needs of today’s diverse workforce.  The reports are customizable – just click and choose the information that you need.  If you want additional information later, you can access the information anytime.  Options include:

How does the process work?

 

Extended DISC® Job Analysis is easy to use.  The assessors only have to answer a Job Analysis questionnaire.  Typically, it takes 

only about 30 minutes to complete.  The questionnaires are available for the following job categories:

Once the questionnaires are completed, Job Analysis will take care of the rest.  It scores the report immediately. The behavioural requirements are stored in the system’s database to allow for an unlimited number of job requirements comparisons to individuals’ results.

Extended DISC® Work Pair Analysis is extremely easy to use.  Once the participating individuals have completed the 10 minute Extended DISC® Personal Analysis

       

questionnaire, simply select the two individuals from the database.  That’s it!  No additional questionnaires to complete.  The process takes just seconds.

How does the process work?

  • You provide us with your 360˚ questionnaire or let us develop one for you.

  • The Participants complete the questionnaire. The system ensures their responses remain anonymous.

  • The reports are generated.  

How customizable is Open 360?

 

Extended DISC® Open 360’s versatility allows the instruments to have:

 

  • 1 to 15 question groups and 1 to 15 questions per question group

  • Up to 4 open-ended questions.

  • Answer scale can have anywhere between 2 and 10 steps.

  • Both self-assessment and 360˚ assessment by others.

What is Surveys Platform?

 

Surveys Platform is a customizable and flexible tool for conducting large scale surveys cost effectively.  Organizational Climate Surveys and Customer Satisfaction Surveys are among the most popular applications.

 

How does the process work?

 

  • You provide us with your survey questionnaire or let us develop one for you.  We can also assist you in the development of the questionnaire to allow you to measure your specific organizational development initiatives.

  • The system automatically sends the participants their access code and personal password via email.

  • The participants complete the questionnaire online. The system ensures their responses remain anonymous and confidential.

  • The reports are generated.
