The Extended DISC® Surveys Platform is an inexpensive way of collecting information from specific or large groups of people easily and confidentially.

Extended DISC® Surveys are best suited to measuring and comparing different situations, processes and environments, for example, customer surveys, product launch & response surveys and employee climate surveys.

 

Based on sound Survey Principals

 

Systematic: It is thoroughly planned and completed to ensure the covering of the phenomenon satisfactorily

Representative: It covers either the whole population or it is a representative sample of the population

Objective: The data is collected as openly and punctually as possible

Quantitative data: The data collected can be analysed and processed in quantitative format.

How does the process work

 

1.      You provide us with your survey questionnaire or let us develop one for you. We can also assist you in the development of the questionnaire to allow you to measure your specific organisational development initiatives.

 

2.      The system automatically sends the participants their access code and personal password via email or alternatively we can send an individual survey introduction, access code and password to each participant via email.

 

3.   The participants complete the questionnaire online. The system ensures their responses remain anonymous and confidential.

 

4.   The reports are generated.

 

5.   Feedback session is then arranged with management to discuss the survey results in detail.

Versatility

 

Extended DISC® Surveys Platform’s versatility allows the instruments to have:

 

Ø  1 to 12 question groups and 1 to 12 questions per question group.

Ø  Up to 4 open-ended questions to provide confidential, honest and unfiltered feedback. Answer scale can have anywhere between 3 and 5 steps.
