Extended DISC Team Alignment

 

Extended DISC® Team Alignment is designed to measure how the team is managed and how it operates compared to how it was designed to be managed.

Team Alignment is a strong team development tool since it shows both the team members and the management where the development needs are. It also shows the results on a team level, demonstrating how the team is operating as one unit.

It is also a strong management tool showing the existing management style and comparing it against the ideal style, thus identifying the gaps between the two.

This gives the management a clear detailed picture of areas where changes in managerial behaviour are needed.

 

Extended DISC® Team Alignment is designed to be easy to read and analyse. This enables the information to be 

delivered to different people in the organization.

 

Extended DISC® Team Alignment describes the team present behaviour and the role of the different players.

When this is combined with the Extended DISC® Team Analysis report that describes the natural behavioural style of the team members, we can achieve a multi-level analysis of the team behaviour. It enables us to compare the team potential, existing team behaviour and organizational goals.
