The Leadership Essentials workshop is designed to get new and potential Team Leaders and Managers off the mark with the right focus.

If staff are already in a management or team lead role and are struggling with leadership skills or haven't had the training they need in leadership then this is the program for them.

A highly interactive program expertly facilitated to focus on the issues they face in their workplace. The program is very focussed and practical so they walk away with equipped with the basic principals of good leadership and the skills to implement them.

The program runs over two days and is tailored to your specific needs including your company branded manual.

Leadership Training Program for Leaders

The Leadership training Program is designed for the leader currently in a management supervisory or team lead and need to become exceptional leaders. (program is tailored to each level)

Designed to incorporate workshop, coursework and practical application review, the program combines sound adult learning principals and workplace application and review.

The program is tailored to the needs of your organisation through management consultation and feedback surveys prior to the course design.

The comprehensive Leadership Program usually runs over a three month period, including workshops, personal review of workplace application and course work, personal coaching, management progress review and program evaluation.

As with all training it is also recommended that one to one leadership coaching may be utilised to complete the integration into the managers management style as required.
