 ·         Certificate IV in Frontline Management (BSB40807)

This qualification reflects the role of individuals who take the first line of management in a wide range of organisational and industry contexts.

·         Diploma of Management (BSB51107)

The BSB51107 Diploma of Management requires a sound theoretical knowledge base and managerial competencies to plan, carry out and evaluate own work and/or the work of a team.

·         Certificate IV in Business (BSB40207)

The Certificate IV in Business (BSB40207) is the ideal training investment in an organisation’s current and future managers. This qualification reflects the role of individuals who use well-developed skills and a broad knowledge base in a wide variety of contexts.

·         Diploma of Business (BSB50207)

This qualification reflects the role of individuals with substantial experience in a range of settings and who are seeking to further develop their skills across a wide range of business functions. This qualification is also suited to the needs of individuals with little or no vocational experience, but who possess sound theoretical business skills and knowledge that they would like to further develop in order to create further educational and employment opportunities.

·         Cert. IV Small Business Management (BSB40407)

The Certificate IV in Small Business Management is a practical course that gives you the skills and confidence to successfully create, promote and manage a thriving small business.

 

Training & Assessment

 

·         Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAA40407)

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment specifies the competencies required to deliver training in an industry area or area of subject matter expertise, and to conduct competency-based assessment in a range of contexts.

This course is suitable for people wishing to work as trainers and assessors or for individuals seeking to extend, enhance and complement existing qualifications.

·         Certificate IV in Training & Assessment - upgrade (TAA40407)

This course is suitable for people wishing to work as trainers and assessors or for individuals seeking to extend, enhance and complement existing qualifications. This upgrade course is available to current holders of the BSZ40198 Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training.

 

Customer Contact

 

·         Certificate IV in Customer Contact (BSB40307)*

The ability of your organisation to win business and retain customers often comes down to the quality of customer service you provide.

The Certificate IV qualification has been designed for analysts, quality assurance officers, schedulers, subject matter expert/coaches and team leaders.

·         Diploma of Customer Contact (BSB50307)*

Frontline managers are essential in developing and influencing customer service to ensure the organisation’s objectives are met. This qualification addresses the key role frontline managers play in leading quality customer service for their team. 

This qualification will provide participants with the knowledge and skills to ensure that products and services are delivered and maintained to standards agreed by the organisation and the customer as well as the key managerial skills to ensure the team is ‘on-board’.

 

Government Funding

 

 *The Certificate IV in Customer Contact (BSB40307) attracts Victorian Government funding of $4,000 per person. The Federal Incentive Payment is $1,500 on commencement, plus another $2,500 on completion of the Certificate IV qualification. Government Funding for this qualification is now available to eligible Australian citizens.   

Who is eligible? An employee that has worked longer than 3 months with the organisation but has no formal qualifications, (i.e. Degree, Diploma, Certificate III or above). If they have a qualification from more than 7 years ago but are no longer in that trade (eg they are a qualified butcher or plasterer etc) they may be eligible if the qualification they are applying for is in a completely different industry.
