Trainer in
the Extended DISC suite of assessment instruments, which is
further enhanced by qualifications in Behavioural Sciences.
Graham
has coached, counselled and mentored Senior
Executives Senior Managers, Line Managers and Organisational
Management Teams and applied his people management and
career management skills with individuals and organizations across the industry spectrum
including many of the Australian top 10 companies, Government
Departments on State and Federal level, Not For Profits and
Business Startups.
His
unique understanding of people, teams and organisational
dynamics has been developed through his multifaceted personal
career and a lifetime commitment to personal growth and
development. Graham’s former role as International Sales and
Marketing Manager with a global organization with turnover in
excess of $8.5 Billion, has given him a wealth of international
Sales and Marketing knowledge and cross-cultural training and
experience.
Graham
has held various Senior Management roles including Group Sales
& Marketing Management (Australia, New Zealand &
Pacific) in F.M.C.G. sector, Management/Operations ‘Trouble
Shooter’ (National) Quarrying and Open Mining, Area Manager,
Operations Manager (Australia–Pacific), Transport &
Logistics Manager, and Founding Director of Drug Rehabilitation
Service, in the Not For Profit sector and Manager of a State
Government entity. In addition he has
jointly owned and operated four successful small businesses and
holds qualifications in Small Business Management.
Graham was awarded the ‘Outstanding Young Australian’
Award for his contribution to the community in
Western Australia
through his work with youth at risk.
Throughout
his career Graham has gained a wealth of commercial, personal
and professional experience, which gives him valuable insights
into the issues facing organizations, executives and
professionals at all levels in today’s commercial world.
